I keep a constant supply in my house and some in my vehicle. I am a Rheumatoid Arthritis patient and this is my bestie in the medicine cabinet. Long lasting, effective weapon against pain and stiffness from inflammation! Would not be without it!

Marley Coffee K cups
Dark roast. . Rich scent and intense flavour. Tim Horton's is my go to but I was pleasantly surprised by the punchiness of this coffee. Will likely try again.

Tim Hortons Granola Bar- Double Chocolate
I received a sample of the Double Chocolate Granola Bar from Tim Horton's. Crispy rice, crunchy texture, Chocolate inside and out. Not too sweet. Shared with my 8 yr old grandson who liked it a lot! Will buy again and try other flavours as well.

L'Alelier Bar from Nestle- Muesli with Salted Caramel
I received this bar as a sample and I was delighted by the dense creaminess of the chocolate and the interesting textural counterpoint of the muesli and salted caramel toffee.

They are an essential component of my summer recipes and i have been known to search multiple stores in order to find one that stocks them. I always. always buy them in bulk in case I find myself in a bick's pickle famine.

It provides a good choice of menu types, good choices for recipes and lets you control when you want to order with a skip week option. You can cancel whenever you'd like. All the major ingredients for each dish come packaged in an insulated box, and comes with really good recipe cards that include step by step instructions with pics. They have options for the beginner cook, the more adventurous cook and family oriented recipes. -
