I received the Instant Pot as a gift. I was elated to say the least and could not wait to get cooking. I have been using it now for about 6 months and do not know how I managed to get through life before I had it! I can literally take a roast from the freezer, throw in veggies, and have a complete meal (with fork tender meat) in less than 45 minutes! I can steam veggies in less than 5!    -
