I am very familiar with the AVEENO® Calm + Restore line of products so was excited to be sent the Age Renewal serum and eye gel which is made for sensitive skin in mind.
I like that the age renewal line is fragrance free and has Vitamin B3, Colloidal oatmeal and the addition of cranberry extract which is a plant-based retinol alternative with antioxidant-rich peptides clinically proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel
I used this in my night routine and saw an improvement in crow’s feet as well as reducing under eye dullness and dark circles. My eye area felt refreshed and hydrated immediately after use. My only concern is that the size of this product is only 14g so you won’t get too many uses out of it.

I’m a big fan of the Aveeno Calm+ Restore line and already use a variety of the products on a daily basis (gel moisturizer, cleanser and body wash) so was excited to try out their hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic daily moisturizer face cream with 100% mineral actives with SPF 30 coverage.
Since I like to keep my skincare routine simple, I appreciate that this is a two in one product with both SPF and a moisturizer. This was a lightweight moisturizer which adsorbs well into the skin and didn’t leave a white cast or greasy feeling. I love that this face cream also includes Colloidal Oatmeal and Feverfew to provide soothing all-day moisture without causing any skin sensitivity or irritation. The fact that this cream is also fragrance-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, dye-free, alcohol-free, and non-comedogenic which helps to not clog your pores makes it a brand that I can trust with my sensitive skin.
This also comes in a nice 48ml travel size container which makes it convenient for trips where you have a carry on. I would definitely recommend this to others and am looking forward to also using it on some upcoming trips.

I received the new Energize Body Cleanser and Restorative Body Cream by brand Grown Alchemist through @thisisbutterly and @grownalchemist for free and here are my thoughts.
I am familiar with the Grown Alchemist brand and have tried one of their products before so was excited when I received these body products.
In the middle of winter, it is difficult to keep my skin moisturized but these two products definitely helped.
The Energize Body Cleanser is a low foaming lightweight gel with a strong scent of chamomile, bergamot and rose which reminds of the spa. I liked the lather of this body cleanser and felt that this cleanser gently cleansed my skin and removed impurities. I like that the scent wasn’t overpowering and left a faint scent after showering.

I am familiar with the Grown Alchemist brand and have tried one of their products before so was excited when I received these body products.
In the middle of winter, it is difficult to keep my skin moisturized but these two products definitely helped.
The Restorative Body Cream had a nice scent of mandarin and rosemary leaf. I found the body cream to be very creamy and luxurious however I did not think it was fast adsorbing as I had to rub it in for a while before the white cast disappeared. It was not greasy and felt that it left my skin moisturized and smelling great. If you’re sensitive to smells, I wouldn’t apply this before bed as the scent can be strong. #Grownalchemist #GAbody

I was excited to try out the new McCafé® French Vanilla Coffee made with Premium Roast Coffee roasted to medium with a hint of vanilla. I appreciate that there is no artificial flavours and that their coffee is also 100% ethically sourced, Rainforest Alliance Certified Arabica beans.
I received the 12 pack of kcup pods and tried it in our keurig machine. My boyfriend and I are both a fan and enjoyed the subtle taste of vanilla. The vanilla smell of this coffee brewing was heavenly but I wish the vanilla flavour was a little stronger however I still thought the flavour and smoothness of the coffee was enjoyable. I would like purchase these McCafe French Vanilla pods again in the future.

Monopoly brings back a lot of childhood memories with the family during holidays but I also can’t forget that the game would never end since we were all so competitive. A game could last 2-3 hours depending how many people were playing.
This problem is solved with the new Monopoly giant edition as they changed the rules slightly to get the full experience in 30 minutes or less. The giant board, dice and tokens make this game even for fun for children and adults alike. This would also help to not lose children’s interest in the game. One big change is that there is no longer Monopoly money or a banker as you now can use the Million Money Meter. Also the most money you can make is capped at 14 which helps to make the game end sooner.
The new rule of the game is that If you land on an empty property space, you MUST buy it. You then mark the space with the green side of your Property Card and when another player lands on the space, they pay you the amount shown on the gameboard using their Million Money Meter. They also have some additional rules if you want to stay in the game longer once your meter reaches zero.
I enjoyed playing this game and would definitely recommend this to families with children between the ages of 6-12 who want their kids to experience the fun of monopoly.

This is one of my favourite products of 2023 that I was sent by @thisisbutterly to try out for a honest review. The NOMA Cassian 52” LED Ceiling fan has a modern look with brushed nickel finish and 3 ABS blades in a light-washed wood finish.
Being used to ceiling fans with regular lights, I’ve realized that ceiling fans have come a long way since the 2000s. I was worried that the ceiling fan wouldn’t produce enough light but I was definitely wrong as the long lasting integrated 18w LED made all the difference and they are even dimmable. The colour adjustable lights are also a nice touch.
The opal white polycarbonate shade is also convenient as the light cover is not glass as this piece can sometimes be tricky to install.
This was installed in my bedroom which is slightly overkill as this 52” size is meant for a large room but we think that it works very well in the space. The remote control is easy to use and allows you to adjust the speed, rotation, light colour and also dim the lights. This ceiling fan is very quiet even at the highest speed and works well to circulate airflow. My only complaint would be that it would be ideal to have the option of making this ceiling fan a flush mount option for those using one in lower/ normal ceilings height. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

As someone who occasionally gets blemishes, these hero mighty patches come in clutch to help clear up your skin.
I apply these directly on the pimple during my nightly skin routine after cleansing and drying the affected area. Since this should be left for 6-8 hours, wearing them while you sleep makes the most sense and this is also what is recommended . Once it is peeled off the next morning, the blemish looks less inflamed and more flat. I like that this pack comes with 36 patches so it will last you a long time. I would recommend this product to those with occasional whiteheads or blemishes.

This massager + ring has 10 different setting and duel motors for extra fun. I liked how modern and sleek the design of this toy was. The colour is nice it has a smooth texture. It is a soft silicone material which is water resistant making it super easy to clean. The charging port is so small and not noticeable which is impressive. I would recommend this if you are looking to change things up with your partner or if you are solo.

I received a sample size of the Sambucol black elderberry vegan gummy from @thisisbutterly. After trying the sample out (used to receiving full size products) , I realized that I was expected to review the product so this is why I didn’t get a picture of the actual gummy.
However, I was overall impressed with the texture of the gummy as it was better than vegan gummies I’ve tried in the past. They was also a sugar crystallized coating on each gummy which made these too sweet for me. The flavour of the gummies were good but only received 4 gummies in total so can not provide a review on whether these would help with immune support. They were good but I don’t know whether I would purchase these again.
