To be honest, I don't use this product very often as I have VERY sensitive teeth. I usually use it once a month, sometime twice. As I mentioned, i have sensitive teeth, so usually the day after the strip, my teeth feel fragile, kind of the sensation...   +

To be honest, I don't use this product very often as I have VERY sensitive teeth. I usually use it once a month, sometime twice. As I mentioned, i have sensitive teeth, so usually the day after the strip, my teeth feel fragile, kind of the sensation you get after drinking water when chewing a fresh piece of minty gum. The process itself is pretty self-explanatory and the strips stick on great. Even though I dont use the strips often, i definitely see a difference in my teeth. I am pretty self-conscious about my teeth but the whitening strips allow me to have a confident white smile.    -
