I tested these patches on a spot on my forehead and left it on overnight. I made sure to follow the instructions, so I cleansed my face, dried it and then used the patch. Once I woke up, I removed it and I saw a visible difference. It removed the pus from the pimple and absorbed the oil from the surrounding area. The patches are also not that visible, so they are wearable in the morning too. I absolutely recommend! -
