I really wanted to love this pencil, so that I could replace my current go to brow pencil, as that one is significantly more expensive, but I found this pencil just did not work the same. I love a number of Colourpop's items, but this pencil did not just work for me, as my t-zone is quite oily, and by mid-day my brows would be glistening and rub off a lot easier than they should! -

Jacek is one of my favourite chocolatiers in Edmonton. They are local. All of their chocolate is handcrafted from premium & ethically sourced chocolate. Their chocolate is always beautiful, regardless of whether it's in the form of a bar or a truffle that has been hand-painted! And the infusions are always adventurous and exciting!
The premium on these chocolates is well worth it, however. I’I am not a fan of most commercial chocolates that seem to contain a lot of filler ingredients and leave chocolates tasting artificial and the chocolate with a chalky, grainy texture. The chocolate from Jacek tastes pure and is super smooth.

I purchased this brush cleaner, as I had a few friends rave about this. I had also been forewarned that this brush cleaner had a strong vanilla scent, which I thought I would be able to handle because I normally am not super sensitive to scents, but I was wrong. The vanilla scent was way too overpowering and all I could smell was vanilla and chemical — and I actually had to rewash and rinse my brushes until most of the scent was gone. It was that bad for me unfortunately.
I also found that this brush cleanser took more effort for me to get my brushes clean! I use a lot cream and liquid foundations and in the past, I was able to clean my white, natural haired brushes haired with relative ease using the Beauty Blender Solid.
Overall, I was really disappointed in how scented this cleanser was. It smelled strongly of artificial vanilla and a hint of chemical –not a great combination. The scent of this cleanser was too much in my face.The other downside was I felt it took me twice as long to clean my foundation brushes.. which usually are the ones that require a little more effort than the brushes I use with powder products.

I like that this palette includes 3 considerably different lighting powders. I use incandescent as a highlighter and the two remaining shades as bronzers. I love the natural and finishing effect that these powders leave. The only downside to the lighting powders is that they have the tendency to be rather chalky/powdery and have a bit of kick up, which seems like wasted product to me. If they were less chalky, this palette would be a 100% for me. -

This was one of the first perfumes I've ever tried from Jo Malone. I'm normally picky when it comes to scents as they have a tendency to shift on me and smell greater in the bottle than on me. However, I am a big fan when it comes to this perfume. It is not a strong, complex scent and is light, refreshing, and a little bit fruity. The particular note tat sticks out to me the most from this perfume is the nectarine. -
