When used wet, the color is a lot more vibrant ad dramatic, as well I've noticed that the staying power is also greater. When used dry there is a little bit of fallout, but minimal. Most of the shades for this particular shadows have a metallic sheen, but they are not glittery or have large flecks of glitter. -

However, because of this, it is also super important that you ensure the containers are locked tight when you are done with them, as they will dry out if you do not. -

After wards, i felt like the skin beneath my eyes was less puffy as well as felt firmer. I would repurchase these ones over eye masks that were paper. These ones allow you to multitask with the gels on your face! -
