Voortman Strawberry Banana Wafers are tasty. I received this product complimentary of ChickAdvisor. I immediately took this (along with the other products I received) on a road trip with my family and it was devoured instantly. I personally haven't eaten wafers in so long, but it brought back good memories of my childhood treat. They were light and flakey and crispy. However, I wasn't the biggest fan of the strawberry banana flavour as I found it more artificial then the vanilla. It did get the seal of approval from my children though. I would recommend this to people who really like strawberry. -

Voortman Vanilla Wafers are delicious! I received this product complimentary of ChickAdvisor. I immediately took this (along with the other products I received) on a road trip with my family and it was devoured instantly. I personally haven't had vanilla wafers in so long, but it brought back good memories of my childhood treat. They were light and flakey and crispy with a satisfying vanilla flavour that wasn't overly sweet. My children certainly enjoyed it and kept asking for more. I would recommend this to families looking for a special treat. -

I received this product compliments of Chickadvisor and I tried it out right away in my regular morning green smoothie. I must say that I was very impressed with it compared to the other flavoured protein powders I've used in the past as it did not add a synthetic or overly sweet taste that usually accompany protein powders that I've used. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to easily add protein into their diet without altering the taste of their recipes. I would certainly purchase this again. -

I received this product courtesy of the Chickadvisor program and was quite excited to try it out of the box. My first impression of the packaging was it was quite a hefty sized bottle and the scent was pleasing. The cream however was thicker than I would have preferred which felt a little thick especially for summer use. I much prefer a lighter gel in the summer. However, it could work well in the winter well my skin is a lot dryer and flakier. I used this in conjunction with the Liftactive serum and day cream. Though I liked the serum, I did not much care of the Day cream and Night cream because of its thickness. I felt it made me break out a bit which I don't normally do even when I switch amongst different brands of moisturizers. -

I received this product courtesy of the Chickadvisor program and was quite excited to try it out of the box. My first impression of the packaging was it was quite a hefty sized bottle and the scent was pleasing. The cream however was thicker than I would have preferred which felt a little thick applying it first thing in the morning. I feel an added bonus to this product would be to create an spf version of it as I don't like having to apply a secondary/tertiary product in the form of a sunscreen in addition to a moisturizer. I used this in conjunction with the Liftactive serum and night cream. Though I liked the serum, I did not much care of the Day cream and Night cream because of its thickness. I received this product courtesy of the Chickadvisor program. I used this for a couple weeks morning and night before I applied the daytime cream and the night cream. The serum has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering, and it applied smoothly with a light texture. I feel it was comparable to other well known brands of serums I've used in the past. I also felt it added a much needed boost to the day and night moisturizers which helped my face feel quite hydrated during the time I used this product. I would recommend this serum to other people. -

I received the polish and top coat courtesy of Chickadvisor and was excited to try it out immediately as I do not have luck with regular polish which regularly lasts only a day before chipping. This product claims to last up to 7 days without chipping. I received a mauvy-grey colour which was right up my alley. I applied it per the directions - 2 coats of polish and 1 coat of top polish trying to wrap around the edges of my nails. Each coat dried quickly and the top coat added a wonderfully shiny finish. As for longevity, I did start to experience chipping at 4 days but even that is 4x longer than usual so I was quite happy with that and the shininess lasted until I used nail polish remover to remove the last traces of polish left. It took a bit longer than normal to remove this polish but it was still worth it. I would definitely use this polish again for everyday use as well as special occasions and would highly recommend this to others! -

Was really excited about trying this product that I received complimentary of Chickadvisor. I was curious to see if it lived up to the hype. It comes in clear plastic bottle and I was surprised at the generous size of the bottle. After wetting a cotton pad with it, I proceeded to wipe my face hoping it would just magically erase all of the day's makeup. It didn't. I had an especially hard time removing my waterproof eyeliner but maybe my expectations were just too high. I've heard that Garnier also makes a micellar water for waterproof makeup. I'd be interested in trying that out to see how it would handle my waterproof mascara. This version did well to remove traces of blush and eyeshadow though. The scent was light and refreshing, similar to the brightening moisturizer I also received. And it dried nicely, not leaving a tacky feeling behind. I view this product more as a toner to be used after cleaning with a proper face cleanser to remove all makeup. I would recommend it to others as a toner but not as a cleanser. -

Nestle Good Start 1 was recommended to us by our pediatrician when we were ready to transition from breast milk to formula at around 4 months. Frankly I was afraid to start my baby on formula because I'd heard many a horror story babies starting on formula and having bad gas, tummy issues, sleepless nights and days so I was approached this formula with trepidation. To my delight, the transition was seamless! Over a 4 day period, I'd started by only adding 25% formula to the breast milk, the next day 50%, the next day 75% formula and by day 4 we were using 100% Nestle Good Start 1 with no issues! What a relief. We were so happy with the results that we continued using the second stage as she grew older and also introduced Nestle baby cereal - all different flavours. She never had any problems and now I highly recommend this to all my new parent friends. The price was also quite reasonable and on par with the other competitive brands.

I received a complimentary 12 pack of Canada Dry Club Soda Lemon-Lime from Chickadvisor to try out. I found it easily at my local grocery store and the price is comparable to the non flavoured version and other similar brands. I normally make wine spritzers with soda water and a squeeze of lemon and/or lime so I was excited to try this out. I made my regular spritzer using this product which meant I didn't have to add my own lemon and/or lime and it was delicious and refreshing. It's a great alternative if you don't have fresh fruit or if you're going to a party and you don't want to stop at the grocery store to pick up the actual fruit. It was not at all sweet and the like that it comes in cans so I don't have to open a whole 2L and end up not using half of it. I completely recommend this product and would definitely buy it again. -
