It tastes great and has helped me get over a few bouts of the flu. I took it when I realized that family members had the flu and I was unharmed. I believe it works just as well. I recommend.

The skin is nourished, well hydrated and super soft. I love this true wonder!!
I also love that it speeds up my skincare routine by having three products in one.
