The intention of the detachable scissors blade is to enable easy cleaning. However, it separates too easily. I was taking it out of the cupboard just now when the 2 blades separated. I was holding onto 1 blade while the other fell off and dropped and poked into my foot, causing me immense pain and shock. Terrible tool.    -
