I was a regular customer, but the last year has just been shit. I went to get my roots touched up and walked out a bleached blonde. I had to get it corrected twice; and lost a lot of hair in the process. Most recently I went for a trim and blow out; I was like, how can they screw up a trim and blow out? Well they did. I asked for a half inch trim; she cut off 3 inches. I asked her to blow out my hair with a blow dryer, not a flat iron, because its less damaging and looks better; she flat ironed my hair. The stylist's name is Milka. I am so angry. En Vogue; make sure your stylists can listen to directions and do their job properly. I won't be seeing you again.    -
