I got this when VS was having their semi-annual 75% off sale, which means this lip balm/gloss was about 2$!! I absolutely love it. It feels minty on the lips, it's not sticky, it's moisturizing and it stays on the lips for a while. Also, it passes the hair blowing the wind test! It comes in a few shades, which are mostly neutral or clear with a little shimmer. Love this prod. and I would definitely recommend! -

I am always skeptical about facial exfoliators because of all the horrible things you hear concerning them damaging the skin on a micro level. With that said, I still like to use it because I think about once a week, your skin needs a little help getting those pesky dry skin cells off. I love St.Ives for its reasonable price, the scent, and most importantly, how my skin reacts to it after. I have very sensitive skin, and this product does not irritate it (mind you, I only scrub very lightly). I would recommend it for sure, I just wouldn't use it more than twice a week! -

I really love this moisturizer. I actually got my mom to use it because I am generally a fan of Olay products, and she was looking for an anti-wrinkle cream. She loves it too! I ended up taking it on vacation with me because of the higher than usual SPF, and because when I wear sunscreen on my face, I always break out. I really try to protect my skin as much as possible, and this is a really great moisturizer/sunscreen! After using it for about a week, my skin felt like it had a really nice glow, no more dryness, and NO breaking out. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone with sensitive skin, that is looking for an effective anti-aging cream with an SPF. -

I actually had a pretty hard time deciding whether or not I would recommend this one. I chose to recommend it however, because I think Natalie Portman's performance was flawless, and Vincent Cassel made an impression as well. I think I went into the film expecting a little more from the plot than I got, and I feel like a lot of the movie was focused on camera work (i.e. close ups for dramatic effect) rather than substance. With that said, I feel like there is a niche market for this one and not everyone will love it. I actually really liked it! -

This film is about a really sweet 'nice guy' who is in love with his co-worker (Kate Hudson). When she tells him that she just wants to be single, and be friends, 'nice guy' Jason Biggs, asks his vulgar friend (Dane Cook) to take her on a horrible date so she can see what creeps other guys are and how Biggs is the right guy for her. This doesn't turn out quite as Biggs suspected, as Cook and Hudson begin 'dating' secretly.
Honestly, I could not stop laughing for about half of the movie. This film is a little vulgar for my usual tastes, but I still thought it was hilarious. I'd recommend it for date-night or a girlfriends night in!

The film is set in 1944, in fascist Spain. It follows a young girl named Ofelia who tries to escape the horror of her natural world and stepfather, by using her imagination and her love for fairy-tales. After meeting a fairy, she is brought to a faun in the centre of a labyrinth. The film shows the ability of children to overcome harsh realities, such as Ofelia’s, through the power of imagination and fantasy. Not only has the film contributed an incredible story-line, but it has provided the viewers a feast for their eyes. The set design, costume design, make-up, color palettes and lighting are exquisitely used to enhance the plot.
Guillermo Del Torro (the director) is beyond brilliant in his execution of this film. It is stunning, raw, whimsical, disturbing, and beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone! I think everyone should see it! Even if you're not into fantasy movies (which I am usually not into), I Loved it!

This is a foreign film, entitled "La Vita E Bella" (Italian). It is a beautiful movie about a Jewish man in 1930s Italy, taken away with his wife and son to a Nazi concentration camp. To help cope the brutalities (and separation from his wife), he begins pretending that the camp is a game that they must win. He tells his son that the winning of this game will be a big tank (every little boys dream!)
It is a beautifully executed film (7 academy award nominations, and win). The acting is brilliant, and you cannot help but fall in love with this tragically uplifting story. I definitely think this is one of the classics of all time! You will definitely laugh, cry and be angry during this movie, so get ready for an emotional roller coaster!

I LOVE this gloss! I have gotten a bunch of my friends to try this one too. I think it is the only plumper that I could actually notice a difference with! I love the fact that it glides on so smoothly (with a brush applicator- my fav), and in a few seconds, the cinnamon starts warming up your lips and irritating them (that's what plumper's do) to make them look bigger! Note* Do not put this product on when you have dry or chapped lips! It will be very painful!! I also really like the packaging (loving the gold, square). The price is pretty good as well, and they actually came out with a selection of shades with this plumping formula that are very nice! I would definitely recommend! -
