Initially, I had troubles connecting with the Voila site, but after awhile it worked. It was the smoothest ordering process and not at all convoluted. Their communication via email is immediate and concise. Prior to delivery, I received a call to advise they were on their way. The lady that delivered was courteous, informative and kind. I am so impressed with the freshness and quality of the food, and I love that it comes straight from their warehouse. I will definitely order again! Thank you Chick Advisor and Voila! -

I received this product for FREE and I am happy to report that I am SOLD on its effectiveness. I was concerned at first because the product seemed to have been frozen, but I stirred it and it came back to life! I received it late, so I have been using it just under theee weeks, but so far I am loving it. It makes my skin feel taut and I do see fine lines diminished.
