I've struggled to get a decent nights sleep over the years but then I tried the Deep sleep pillow spray. A few squirts at night and i seem to relax more then drift into a nice restful sleep.

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm with Vitamin-E & Peppermint
Burts bees have always been a fave of mine and the lip balms are no different. I have several 'flavours' and they leave my lips hydrated and soft although sometimes not for long enough sadly.
