I have sensitive gums and I have been using @colgate products for over a decade. But I have been brushing with Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Toothpaste for about three weeks.
The first thing I love is its mild mint flavour. Secondly, I love how I don’t feel numb or irritated after brushing. Thirdly, you notice that this helps restore the natural lightness of your teeth. Overall, it’s a refreshing experience!
With regular use, Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relied + Gentle Whitening Toothpaste helps repairing sensitive teeth for prolonged protection. I Haven’t used the product long enough to confirm that, but with the Pro-Argin formula and instant relief from sensitivity, I can see this product doing the job it claims to be doing! I won't hesitate to recommend this to my friends and family who has sensitive teeth.

As a South Asian, Elderberry isn’t a familiar ingredient for me, but after moving to Canada I have been hearing nothing but many positive effects of black elderberry. However, it was the first noticeable time I used this superfood in a personal care product. And it left my skin refreshed.
I used two full cups of Dr Teal’s Black Elderberry Epsom Salt and a very generous amount of Dr Teal’s Black Elderberry Foaming Bath to prepare my tub. One thing I love about this Epsom salt is that you notice the lovely notes of lemon and sage as you open the zippered, resealable package. Those subtle notes are aromatherapeutic when you soak yourself in them.
I also tried Dr Teal’s Black Elderberry Epsom Salt to scrub my arms and I loved how rejuvenated my skin felt afterwards. I have a feeling that this product will be a part of my self-care Sundays from now onwards!

As a South Asian, Elderberry isn’t a familiar ingredient for me, but after moving to Canada I have been hearing nothing but many positive effects of black elderberry. However, it was the first noticeable time I used this superfood in a personal care product. And it left my skin refreshed. Dr Teal's Black Elderberry Foaming Bath claims that it fuses Pure Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate USP) to help revitalize tired, sore muscles, while Black Elderberry and Vitamin D stimulate healthier looking skin and I felt like it does what it claims! The subtle notes of the foaming bath is aromatherapeutic.
The only reason I give 4 starts is that you have to pour a really generous amount of the solution to have a lot of foams. However, this product was great that it left my skin feeling rejuvenated, mind feeling calm and muscles feeling relaxed.

This cruelty-free, vegan product is also free of fragrance, oil, paraben, and phthalates. As someone with dry skin, I felt soft and moisturized after using this. The reason is that Aloe-vera and other formulas in this don’t harm the skin barrier but balances the pH levels.
This could be a good product for those with sensitive skin to try out for it has been dermatologist-tested as allergy-free.

Garnier Green Labs Retinol Berry Super Smoothing Night Serum Cream is one of the smoothest, fast absorbing, and least environmentally impacted retinols I have ever used. This wonderful product is a night cream, retinol serum and an eye cream all-in-one go! This was a huge help for me while travelling for it cuts off time off my PM (night) skin care routine without compromising the results of using three different products. Instead, this product left me feeling fresher and more hydrated. In fact, I noticed reduction of fine lines in the second week of usage itself. With the ease of usage and productivity, his product would be a great choice for first time retinol users as well. -

that I can use this product without guilt for its vegan and cruelty free (the product is PETA approved). The fact that this deodorant is free of baking soda is another reason to love the product. I didn’t have any irritation or uncomfortable feeling once I wore the product and it truly lasted 24 hours. The deodorant walks the talk! 9/10 for this product! I would’ve rated it 10 if it came in a fruity or floral scent in-spite of the lemongrass scent.

Dr. Oetker Moment pizza range comes in the right size (for one person) and the right balance of flavour for a reasonable price. On the other hand, it’s really easy to prepare and would be ideal when I need a mid night snack. I was very excited to find Dove Advanced Care Antiperspirant Deodorant stick in a number of fragrances I like. The shape of the product makes it more practical and easy to use. This helps me keep my armpits soft, smooth and odor-free. Dove Advanced Care Antiperspirant Deodorant stick truly keeps the underarms fresh up to two days. I have practically used this when I was on a camping trip (of nearly 38 hours) and it didn’t put me in trouble. Its smell is pleasant and well balanced (not too strong or weak). This deodorant is alcohol free and it has benefited me by reducing dryness and irritation caused by shaving. I highly recommend the entire Dove Advanced Care Antiperspirant Deodorant stick range because they are all awesome!!! -
