I feel fortunate to have avoided meeting Kim. First of all, she calls herself the business owner, but really, with three different addresses in less than two years, she is renting a chair. Try to make an appointment. Email that is not answered, no voice mail, no call back.
I had to contact Groupon to mediate. They said she is open and honoring the Groupon.
I finally heard from her, she said my email was in spam. Today, I received a rude message from her telling me to "take my little Groupon and get my money back". I already had my refund from Groupon.
A girlfriend also had a terrible experience with this hairstylist, from multiple attempts to make an appointment, to rudeness at the appointment. Same deal as read in other reviews with claims of her "services" costing $500.00.
Hmmm.
Not worth the trouble.
