Buyers beware...Like many, I was so excited when I found this product. I had nice lashes, that are fairly long, but not thick. I was hoping this product would make a difference. I have been using the mascara for 5 months. I know it can take time to get the full impact from a product, so I was willing to be patient.I was noticing that my lashes seemed more sparse and broken. I figured this was just one of the stages as the product was taking effect. A friend even asked me what happened to my lashes to make them so thin. I continued with the product, though I started to pay closer attention...my lashes were NOT growing back. They stayed thin and broken looking. To add to this, I was having incidents where I my eyes would get irritated and pussy. This happened ever other week and would last for ~3 days. When not pussy, my eyes felt irritated feeling and watered frequently. I did not connect these symptoms to the product... until I was in isolation for COVID... I had decided to give my eyes a break and went 3 weeks without wearing mascara. Last week, I was going to have a video call with my manager and decided it would be nice to put on some mascara. Not long after application I noticed a burning sensation at the root of the lashes and the edge of my eyes were red. My eyes started watering within a few hours. By the next morning I had puss in my eyes. This lasted for 3 days. I was still not 100% certain it was the mascara. A couple days later I was speaking with my mom, who was also using the mascara. (I bought it for her) She brought up the fact that she was getting puss in her eyes, on a regular basis, and she noticed her lashes looking very sparse. She thought it was just allergies. I realized at that moment that it was definitely the mascara. I told my mom to stop using it immediately. I appreciate that products work differently for everyone but if our experience is any indication...buyers should beware.    -
