Smirnoff light ice
I tried the Smirnoff Light Ice coolers because I heard they were lower in calories and sugar content than other coolers... I admit to a refreshing taste and was nice to have a light cocktail... but honestly, they are just too sweet tasting for me... +

I have been using this Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Yogurt Body Wash, Apricot and Honey for the past several days in my shower, thanks to a campaign from Chickadvisor Review Club where #gotitfree - and I am so glad I did!
This body wash is thick and creamy and very very lightly scented... barely there... the creamy wash smooths easily over the skin and foams very little. It feels rich and yet rinses away quite easily. Leaves my skin clean but soft and moisturized after drying.

First impression - there was a seal under the lid of the jar so I KNEW the contents could not have been tampered with. Very good.
The lotion has a light apricot fragrance... nice, and not overwhelming, just a hint. It is a soft luxurious creamy texture but not too thick. It applies and spreads easily. Does not feel greasy and seems to dry very quickly.
I really like the richness of the lotion... almost a creme.
A little goes a long way.

I picked this up at my local drugstore as I was looking for a new everyday face wash that I could use morning and night at the sink and that would be easily removed with water and face cloth. This fit the need nicely.
A very little bit foams and spreads easily. Very little fragrance. Makes my skin feel clean and refreshed and not dry after removing and drying.
I like that it is in a tube so there is no worry about spilling when travelling.
It was on sale so I got another one right away!

Canada Dry Club Soda Mandarin Orange was a really nice surprise! I was given the opportunity to try it for free through ChickAdvisor. I am an avid club soda fan. It is my drink of choice when sitting down to relax with my husband for a pre-dinner drink. This new product from Canada Dry has just a wee hint of Mandarin Orange flavor... there is no doubt you are still drinking club soda but now with a very very subtle flavor kick. I really like it and I am sure it would be perfect with a splash of vodka to make a nice adult-beverage cooler on a hot Summer afternoon.
I will definitely be purchasing this regularly.

I use various protein powders in my daily regimen to help me meet my nutritional goals. This BOOST JUST PROTEIN whey protein powder is a welcome addition to my pantry. It mixes easily with plain water or the various nut milks I like to have when making shakes and smoothies, and also stirs and disappears into Greek yogurt for a little dessert treat. I like that it is unflavored, too, so I can dress it up the way I like... with vanilla or flavored stevias, or even cocoa powder or nut butters.
The nutritional profile is terrific... very little fat or carbs, mostly just protein.
And for accuracy's sake, I weighed the amount in each level scoop... 7g right on... so 3 scoops really does equal 21g just as the label says. This is rare in many other powders I have purchased.

I found this at my local Costco in a 2 kg tub for a ridiculously low price! I thoroughly read the label and was actually hesitant to buy it... but I am glad I did. In vanilla and chocolate. For me the true test of a good protein powder is how readily it mixes with plain water and how it tastes. This passes the test with flying colors.
I use it daily... shakes, smoothie bowls, mixed with Greek yogurt for desserts, baked into waffles, pancakes, mug cakes, etc.
It has become a staple in my pantry... I use other powders but this is my go-to.

I received a sample of the new Boost High Protein Chocolate Shake as a member of the Chick Advisor review club.
The shakes come in plastic bottles, 237 ml. per serving. They do need to be refrigerated for several hours, and then given a good shake before opening and drinking. The packaging is excellent - there is a double seal to prevent tampering and spillage.
The taste is a lovely, creamy, chocolate.... nice silky texture.
I have mixed feelings about this product. The taste is good. It is an effective meal replacement... keeps you filled up for a few hours. But, I am disappointed with the ingredient list and that there is so much sugar in the product.
I am not sure I would purchase it for myself.
