To be honest, though, I find myself still adding garlic and olive oil, as well as other ingredients and simmering for a while. It's just better that way.

I like Kicking Horse for it's dark roasts: "454 Horsepower" and "Grizzly Claw" are both good dark roasts. I may even try one of their lighter roasts soon, especially if I find it on sale.

I feel Dawn is the best value in dish soap, as it cuts through grease the best of anything I've tried and a little goes a long way. Cheaper soap doesn't do as good a job and Dawn is usually priced fairly mid-range: not the cheapest, not the most... +
