I have used oil cleansers before and loved how hydrated my skin always felt. I received a sample of this product and was really excited to try it. However, it left my skin somehow both greasy and slightly tacky feeling. I only got a single use packet, so I'm not sure if prolonged use would feel differently. Pretty disappointed. -

We received this toy for free in exchange for an honest review.
Unfortunately, the toy was selected for us. We do not own any Bakugan toys, so my kids had fun setting it up and then were done. They did end up using it as a dance floor for other toys and then we passed it on to a friend who's kids got tons of bakugan for the holidays.
That said, if you DO own Bakugan, this set would be fantastic. It creates a nice flat surface for the action to take place. No awkward half-popped battling on the carpet. There are places for unused bakugan to sit, places for the cores to stay, as well as slots for character/skill cards.
Everything is organized and arena is incredibly easy to set up and take apart.
I would never purchase this for my family, but I'd certainly recommend it to anyone who collects this toy and wants to actively battle them.

We received this toy for free to review. My 8 year old was extremely excited to try it out when we opened the box. There aren't a lot of pieces and it comes with a cute, sparkly case (super plus as a parent). Deciding which pattern we wanted was really easy, as was loading it into the machine. The nail polish provided is the ONLY polish you can use as it's slightly sticky, even when dry to ensure the pattern tape sticks. There were only two colors, so if you don't like blue or purple, you're out of luck. The stamp wasn't always accurate as far as covering the whole nail, even though we followed the directions to a "T". My daughter then used it a few days later on her own and she struggled a lot. She couldn't quite pop the pattern tape out on her own, nor could she always stamp her nail hard enough for the patterns. Overall, it was cute and fun, and would be perfect for when her friends over. But I wasn't a fan of it being a toy that she could fully enjoy independently. -

My daughter was incredibly excited to hatch and play with her very own large Hatchimal. Previously she has only experienced play with the smallee packs of surprise animals.
Upon opening, the egg was pretty straightforward. Both of my kids enjoyed looking for the various color cues and interacting as per the instructions. After a bit though, they started to lose interest. I think the anticipation of a surprise physically hatching out was the only thing that kept them around.
About 20 minutes later it finally started the hatching process...which then takes another 10-15min.
My daughter had watched a few videos and was hoping it would actually peck its way through the she'll, just like the video. That did not happen. It basically spun itself up through the top pf the egg, pushing through, but then got stuck and we had to break through the rest of the egg.
Once it was hatched, both my daughter and son took turns playing with it for about 15-20min each, then I found it left in a corner in the living room, totally forgotten. That was a week ago. Since then, I've seen each of them play with it maybe twice.
Pros: Exciting "surprise", cute toy inside, interactive both with limited games and doll-like accessories. Both my 3 year old and 7 year old enjoyed it.
Cons: Do not start the hatching process unless you have a good hour to dedicate. It can take 15min to even START to hatch. Some of the interactive games are sensitive and difficult for younger kids to follow along. Not for families that don't like noisy toys.

My daughter recently had a shift in body chemistry and her hair went from kid hair that could be washed my anything to pre-teen hair that got oily and needed something specific. We tried a coupke different shampoos, but most kept leaving a gross buildup that left her hair looking worse than before she cleaned it. We found this one in a local store and decided to give it a try. She loved the smell and I loved the effectiveness. We dried her hair and the difference was astounding. Her hair was suddenly light and soft, no longer weighed down with a greasy look of past shampoos. We will definitely continue to use this product. -

I first got this lotion because I wanted to try something new and it was on sale. Best decision ever. This lotion is so smooth and lightweight, it doesn't leave a greasy feel on my skin. Great for bedtime when I don't have to worry about touching my face in my sleep and waking up with blemishes. Not only is it not heavy, but it smells amazing. It's a delicious coconut smell that is both tropical (perfect for summertime), yet has a slight comforting "baked goods" smell that reminds me of fall and colder weather. -

Twister has been around forever, so of course when we saw it in the "retro" section at the store, we got one for our kids. I love that the kids can play together at almost any age (my 3 and 7 year old love it) and it's easy to include multiple people at any point in the game. It also scores big points by consisting of only two pieces: the spinner and the game mat. No tiny pieces to clean up or get left out everywhere. My kids love that the directions are clear and the colors are bright. My 3 year old learned colors as well as righr and left from playing with his sister. We bring it along on most family trips or to play dates. -

My youngest started getting teeth at 2 months and has been chewing on everything. We've tried so many different teethers, but they are so bulky and awkward for both little mouths and little hands to grip. I bought this on the recommendation of a friend and the moment it arrived, I sanitized it and gave it to my daughter. She's been chewing on it ever since. It has two soft, silicone ends that easily fit into a baby mouth. The middle bar is exactly the right size for her tiny little hands to grip. I've already ordered 2 more for the diaper bag and car. -

My kids are always picky about what they eat and making sure they eat enough of the right things can be a challenge sometimes. With Smarty Pants gummy vitamins, I can be sure they are getting the vitamins and nutrients they need on thise days they just don't feel like eating everything. They come in fun flavors and I can easily give 2 to my oldest and 1 to my middle. I also love that they are non-GMO and their omega-3's are sustainably sourced.
The only thing I don't like is the weird sugary coating on each gummy that seems to stick EVERYWHERE.
