I have not experienced any pain or sensitivity to hot or cold food and beverages since using this product. This brand gives an excellent selection as well. I do find the size to be smaller than some other brands tho.

Really impressed with amount in each box, especially for the price of them. Easy to find in most grocery stores. Love that it's made with whole grains and no artificial colors or flavors.

This spray gave me much needed relief almost instantly. It lasted long enough that I could fall asleep, and didnt need to be used constantly. It was a great price as well.
