I was at work and didn't really have time to eat anything so I grabbed a Naked Tropical Protein Smoothie. With 50g of sugars, it was a bit more than I would prefer and it was a bit sweet for my liking. The consistency was a tiny bit grainy but not enough to bother me. It did tide me over until my next meal, so I was happy with it. -
Mini Wheats Unfrosted Cocoa
I'm really loving the new Mini Wheats unfrosted cocoa flavour. They are very high in fibre, and are relatively low sugar with 9g of sugar per serving. I have been eating them as a snack. They taste great.

This is the only eyeliner that I have found that lasts all day without smudging underneath my eyes. Even other brands that say they are waterproof end up smudging by the end of the day. I am not dexterious enough to use a liquid liner. This pencil goes on easily, stays on, and comes off easily enough with makeup remover. It also does not require sharpening. -
