A friend if mine recommended i try the peppermint halo it has been such a life saver. I have suffered with migraines for many years which has been the result of a terrible accident. When i feel them coming on i apply the peppermint halo, the cooling effect definitely gives me such great relief. Although it is not 100% effective it definitely is a great help. -
