I am beyond disgusted.

2 months after I placed an order and contacted Cirkul about it twice, only to receive form email replies telling me it would be here but it was late, the company contacted me to tell me that the bottle order was canceled. I was given options for other replacement items - none of them including a stainless bottle (which I ordered) - or a refund for the product charge only. The ”customer service” (I use that term loosely) representative refused to refund the expedited shipping I paid for, because, to quote - “it covers production and packaging.” Ummm, nothing was produced or packaged, because they cancelled the whole order. I want my shipping fees refunded!

I WAS a good customer and that had spent over $100 in Cirkul product over the past few months. Never again. The customer service is awful and they literally steal shipping costs for products never shipped.    -
