As a daily tea drinker, I'm always reaching for black teas in the morning. One of my favourites is Red Rose's Orange Pekoe tea - which is a brand we always like to keep stocked in our office! I was happy to find that the organic version of the tea tastes just as good as the original; the taste is smooth and bold with a splash of milk and a little bit of honey or sugar. Although I am guilty of leaving the tea bag in the cup sometimes, it doesn't over brew and become bitter like other teas do.
I highly recommend this tea as it's super affordable and tastes great every time!

I have been using NIVEA Care Nourishing Cream for the past month and have been finding that it works really well to retain the moisture in my skin this winter. With daily use after my shower, I've noticed how soft and skin feels without remaining sticky or greasy. After application, it only takes a few minutes before the slightly sticky feeling goes away and the product gets absorbed into my skin.
Although I am weary of some scented lotions, I don't mind this one as it's not as strong as other NIVEA creams and lotions I've tried in the past. I especially like the tub format as it's easy to scoop out as much product you need instead of trying to work with a pump. Since I always use clean hands to apply lotion, I am not worried about contaminating the tub.
I definitely recommend this lotion to those who are not sensitive or weary of scented lotions as it accessible at a very affordable price!

Although I usually prefer making Mac and Cheese from scratch, Annie's Homegrown Classic Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese is a good alternative for those lazy or busy days when you just want a quick meal. The cheese sauce is very flavourful and creamy tasting. Even though the box is pricier and lighter than its competitor brand, I like that the ingredients are better for you overall - and since I'm guilty of eating the whole box myself, I don't mind that there's slightly less. My favourite way of eating this mac and cheese is with hot sauce and some stir-fried veggies on the side.

Annie's Shells and White Cheddar Mac and Cheese is really tasty and makes an easy and quick meal for busy or lazy days. The fact that it's made with 80% organic ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours, and preservatives is an added bonus for my conscience. Although it's a bit more expensive than Kraft Dinner with a little less pasta in the box, I found that portion to be perfect for me (even though it's not technically advisable to eat the whole box yourself). I like to make stir-fried veggies or pickles to eat with it on the side.

As someone with dry, frizzy hair, hair oil is my go-to product. From the get go, I love the scent of Love, Beauty & Planet products and this hair oil is no exception.
After shampooing and conditioning my hair, I'll towel dry my hair until it's just damp before I apply 1-2 pumps of this oil on my relatively long hair. Personally, I found that 1-2 pumps was more than enough as a little goes a long way. From my experience, it's easier to apply to damp hair than mostly dry hair as it is easier to distribute the oil evenly on damp hair. I find that the formula is relatively thin, so you have to quickly apply it with a light hand.
When my hair dries, it's noticeably less frizzy, shinier, and also smells lovely. Sometimes, I can see that I didn't apply the oil evenly as some of my hair clumps together a bit more, but that only happens when I use more than 1-2 pumps and apply it on drier hair.
My main concern with this product is that the packaging itself seems to feel cheap despite its beautiful label design. Overall, I think it could benefit being made from sturdier plastic.

I use this conditioner in conjunction with the Love Beauty & Planet Murumuru Butter & Rose Blooming Colour Shampoo, and I find that it only does an okay job at moisturizing my hair as it still dries fluffy and frizzy. On the plus side, the conditioner itself smells amazing and the aroma lingers on your hair and in the shower for a while after.
As someone with dry and frizzy hair, I would opt for a more potent conditioner - but this one is good if you don't want a conditioner that weighs down your hair and makes it appear greasy.

I was initially attracted to this shampoo because of its amazing rose scent and beautiful label design. The scent of the shampoo lingers on your hair after it dries, but at the same time isn't overpowering at all. My experience is that the shampoo cleans and lathers really well, but doesn't feel hydrating on my normally frizzy/fluffy hair. I don't think I mind this, because I always use conditioner on my hair.
Despite the beautiful label, I find the packaging of this shampoo to feel a bit low quality perhaps because it's made with recycled plastic. When I started to run out of shampoo, I would have to really squeeze the bottle and worried that it would eventually crack. However, this didn't really impact my ability to use it, and the bottle never ended up cracking or breaking.
Overall, I would definitely reccomend this shampoo for those who enjoy having rose scent linger in their hair.

To be honest, I didn't think sponges differed that much in quality. Vileda's Multi-Use Scrub Sponge really proved me wrong!
Cleaning up is much more efficient with the Scrunge as it seems to hold soap and water really well, rinses easily, and scrubs without damaging non-stick surfaces. I am also able to use the Scrunge for quite a long time before it starts falling apart - which isn't something I can say about other sponges that seem to deflate after a short period of time. My only issue with the Scrunge is that I have to be really careful when washing knives, because sponge part is easy to cut through accidentally.
For all its good qualities, I would definitely recommend the Scrunge even though it costs a bit more than regular sponges.

I'm not usually fussy about creams - all I need it to do is moisturize my face and either have a nice fragrance, or none at all. After a coworker insisted that I tried Dr. Belmeur's Advanced CICA Recovery cream because it did wonders for her skin, I decided to give it a shot.
My first impression was that the packaging was nice and sturdy; and it definitely has a high quality feel to it. I like that it came with a little applicator stick which was also made with a sturdy material and can be used without risk of breaking before you're done the product. Although I didn't need to use it myself, I know that some people like that its more hygienic.
The cream itself is richer than what I would use for daytime, light pink in colour, and has a lovely light fragrance. Application is smooth and it instantly makes your skin feel moisturized and healthy. Although it takes a while to fully absorb, I don't mind this quality in since I use it as a night cream. By morning, my skin has absorbed it fully and feels really soft to touch.
After a week of using this product, I realized how dry I let my skin get normally by not moisturizing daily. My skin feels a lot smoother in areas like my forehead and hyper-pigmentation leftover from acne appear to disappear faster with the use of this cream.
I definitely recommend this product to anyone!

I've been enjoying Tetley's Super Green Antiox Tropical tea as an early afternoon treat when I need a little bit of caffeine in the form of a warm tropical drink. The vitamin C is an added bonus and gives you peace of mind that you're getting 25% of your daily intake per cup. I think this tea is great for cold season as vitamin C is great for your immune system. As someone who normally does not gravitate towards fruity-tasting teas, the tropical taste surprisingly doesn't bother me at all.
I would definitely reccomend this variety of Tetley Super Teas to those who are interested in boosting their vitamin C intake while also enjoying a warm drink this cold season!
