I enjoyed my adventure making cheese with the kit. I had to look a lot for the right milk- thankfully local Amish farmers make cream on top milk. I endeavored to make mozzarella cheese, but ended up with ricotta instead using the suggestion given...   +

I enjoyed my adventure making cheese with the kit. I had to look a lot for the right milk- thankfully local Amish farmers make cream on top milk. I endeavored to make mozzarella cheese, but ended up with ricotta instead using the suggestion given if the curds didn't form in the exact proper way. I think it has to do with my inexperience. It was fun to try, and the directions are very clear. I can't wait to try again!
