My doctor recommended these to me, they are great. Very effective, low calorie, I live the vanilla ones too. I always purchase at Costco. I have tried my fair share of shakes, these are one of the only ones I Love. No sugar, very high protein, lots of vitamins, already made, convenient packaging. I love love this.    -
