I should have read the previous comment. I went to the one in Mississauga and Senior Stylist Leo took care of it. Acutually, I would like to have my hair curl but not too curly. All he said was loose will last for two months and curly will last for three months. He did not even explain what he is going to make it or his idea. As a result, I only got my ahir cut short, and very curly, just like explosion. No style at all, not even a bit as they stated in their website that the stylist will have consultation with customers. No, not at all. Service worse that those cheaper salon. No one gave you any tissure to wipe off water of perm chemical. Not even to ask you if you like it after the hair done. Totally disappointed experience for me. Will not go back there again. I have written them an e-mail to inform them of my feeling, but no rely, no one even to bother to get back to you.    -
