One day, I was craving for Tiramisu. But I was thinking, I don't want the cake to be drenched. So I thought of a coffee-match cake instead. Then I saw this Balconi Snack cake. Photo on packaging looks good to me. Tried it and I'd say, it didn't wow, but at the same time, it didn't disappoint, as well. It is not too sweet, just to my liking. The serving is small, maybe just right for kids, so I ate two.:)) It's great chilled too! -

I used to buy big tubs of cheese spread. But more often than not, after a few days of opening it and putting it in the fridge, I get molds. And I hate it. I hate to waste food. So when I saw minis in the supermarket (they come in packs of 4), I thought it would help me solve my problem with moldy cheese. True enough, one mini is good for one serving/meal, so I don't have to worry about having an open tub of cheese that would culture mold in the fridge anymore. -
