Aveeno has become one of my go-to skincare brands, and trying their Calm + Restore Oat Repairing Lotion was exciting! My skin is driest on my legs, so I’m always looking for something heavy duty to replenish my skin. The lotion's consistency is thick initially but feels lightweight upon application, absorbing quickly without any tackiness. My legs felt soft, smooth, and were visibly less dry. I like that this is fragrance-free because I have recently become worried that scented products may exacerbate the dryness. I was thrilled to try the Aveeno Calm + Restore Body Wash as I'm a fan of their products, especially other body washes I’ve tried in the past! The thick formula lathers quickly, rinses off easily, and leaves no residue on my dry, sensitive skin. After use, particularly on my legs, my skin had noticeable improvements—hydrated with reduced redness, especially when the body wash was used during shaving. I was pleasantly surprised by the YSL Loveshine Lipstick! The formula is sleek and moisturizing. I’ve never used a lip oil but I imagine this has a similar effect while still having the easy application of a lipstick. I enjoyed the fruity smell and how hydrated my lips felt after application. The shade 44 is more of a neutral, pink nude. I liked how my lips looked while wearing this shade. The sheerness helps complement the natural shade of my lips, giving me the “my lips but better” look. The formula is buildable and lasts for a while without the constant need to reapply. The Instant Smoothing Serum has a lightweight formula that applies nicely to my skin. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave me feeling tacky. At first, I thought there was a slight fragrance, but once it was applied there was no discernible scent. Although I didn’t notice any changes to how radiant or smooth my skin looked, my skin felt and looked hydrated after use. The Skin Renewal Serum has a thicker formula, but is still lightweight, which is great for nighttime. There isn’t a noticeable fragrance. I wouldn’t say my skin feels tacky after applying, but the product is noticeable on my skin - it absorbs but you can still tell you’ve applied a product. I like how hydrated my skin feels after using this, especially in the morning, I wake up and it feels like the product moisturized my skin throughout the night. I like that this contains antioxidants because I am always looking for ways to incorporate anti-aging products into my skincare routine. I’m a big fan of using a moisturizer at night so I love that this acne care regimen includes a product to use overnight. The formula is lightweight and sinks into my skin so quickly. I prefer this moisturizer over the daily one. When I wake up, my skin feels refreshed and hydrated. I have dry patches all over my face, some not even from my breakouts, and they’re less visible when I wake up.

This is described as a lightweight moisturizer, but I found it to be thicker than most that I’ve used in the past. Because of its consistency, I found I needed to use more product than normal in order to get an even application on my face. I liked that this had SPF as it eliminated the need for a second product in my routine, as I usually use a separate product in addition to a regular moisturizer. Despite having to use more product, I still remained oil-free throughout the day and noticed a reduction in the amount of dry patches I have on my face.

My skin can get very textured from breakouts, so I was excited to try this exfoliant. I like that this is a leave-on formula, the easier it is to use, the better! I apply this with a cotton round after using the daily cleansing wash. I like that it is alcohol-free because it doesn’t dry my skin out, but feels like it helps dry up acne by reducing the amount of inflammation. I think this also helps to improve the overall appearance of my skin in the areas where I get breakouts.

I can get bad hormonal acne so I was excited to try a product that specifically targets acne. My breakouts are typically along my jawline and get quite red and sore. I feel like this was a gentle, yet effective face wash at helping reduce the inflammation and redness I experience. The product applied to my skin easily and washed away without leaving any product behind. The smell of the daily cleansing wash is a bit medicinal, but it doesn’t last long. I get the occasional breakouts on my back, so I’m looking forward to trying this when those arise to see how effective it is.

I really enjoyed using this daily facial moisturizer as I like to have a fragrance-free moisturizer in my skincare routine, especially when my skin is much drier than normal. The product feels lightweight but is very hydrating. After applying it to clean skin, my skin looked and felt moisturized - my dry patches were visibly reduced. The hydration seemed to last all day.
