Their customer service is the worst. They have few locations and most of the time the gym is over crowded. You have to wait in line to user some of the facilities. When you want to leave the gym they are very rude. The Manager Elliot at 3495...   +

Their customer service is the worst. They have few locations and most of the time the gym is over crowded. You have to wait in line to user some of the facilities. When you want to leave the gym they are very rude. The Manager Elliot at 3495 Lawrence avenue location states: “I am the main person of the gym there is nobody else you can talk to or complain to”. Later I found out he is too scared to give other numbers. I will not join this gym ever again and will not recommend anybody to join.
