High in protein, these bars are the perfect mid-day snack. They also help curb sugar cravings by giving you a sweet treat (thanks to cranberries and blackberries) made of healthy ingredients. The flavour combination is unique, which is a nice change from other snack bars, and the price point is very affordable. I'd definitely recommend.
