I am long-time stick antiperspirant user. Always used solids because I believed the sprays were messy and not as effective. I'm happy to say that I was wrong about that.
Dove's antiperspirant spray has become my absolute favourite antiperspirant I've ever used. It's more effective than the stick, it keeps me dry all day, and the best part, absolutely NO white marks. I used to struggle constantly with white marks on my clothes, to the point that they would get stained. I also felt like sticks were easy to overapply, and I actually find the spray easier to control as far as the amount being used.
I was also hesitant to use sprays at first because I thought I would use them up really quickly. Turns out that didn't happen either; I find that this lasts just as long as my stick antiperspirants did (probably a couple of months). I only use a little bit each time.
Dove always has great scents for their products and this one is no exception. The pear comes through quite strongly here, the aloe definitely takes a back seat. If you like fruity scents, you'll love this (I really like it!).
If you struggle with white marks, want to stay dry, and enjoy pleasant fragrances, the Dove sprays are where it's at.

This is a lightweight moisturizer that Nivea claims is suitable for body, face, and hands. While I have not tried it on my face due to my sensitive skin (it doesn't like fragrance), this has been a good moisturizer for body and hands. I like that it's light and non-greasy; it absorbs quickly and I don't have to think too much about it! I will say that this is lightly scented with the traditional Nivea scent, and to be honest, I wasn't a huge fan of the fragrance, even as I liked the cream itself. If you are sensitive to scents, I would try to smell this before you buy to make sure it's up your alley.
My husband now uses this cream as well and enjoys it! This tub is also a good value for the money, you get a ton in here. When I first opened it, I was surprised at just how full the tub actually was (right to the brim!). All in all, this is a good, inexpensive moisturizer at the drugstore that contains simple ingredients and minimal fuss.

This is a great micellar water that removes the last traces of makeup very well. I received (from the ChickAdvisor campaign) this version, which is intended for dry and sensitive skin types. I can confirm that this cleanses my dry skin without stripping it of natural oils or damaging the moisture barrier. It provides that clean feeling without excessive dryness. All in all, this is a winner!

This is a translucent setting powder with a slight sheen. I have dry skin and it is perfect as an undereye setting powder, especially when I use an emollient concealer (such as Benefit Erase Paste). I find it works best when used with a powder puff rather than a brush.
Pros:
- Great setting powder for under the eyes and all over the face.
- Doesn't cake.
- Imparts a slight sheen for a healthy glow.
- Works well when pressed into the skin with a powder puff.
Cons:
- Pricey at $45 CAD. It's worth every penny in my book!
- Doesn't work as well with a brush; the sweeping motion of a powder brush can make quite the mess, since this is a loose powder.
- And finally, this can be messy in general since it's loose.

I have never tried Benefit Gimme Brow (which this is supposedly a dupe of), but I never feel the need to now that I have found this. Essence Make Me Brow is an eyebrow gel with fibers, meaning that it has small fibers in it that give your brows extra fullness. It works very well, and although the limited three shades won't work for everyone, they will work for a variety of brows.
Pros:
- Although the shade range is small, it will work for a good variety of brow colours.
- Great consistency---not thick or waxy, but not watery either.
- Adds fullness and volume to the brows via fibers. The fibers stay in place well enough too.
- The price is certainly right! I paid around $4 CAD for this. (Compare this to Benefit's Gimme Brow at $32.)
Cons:
- Shade range is small and pretty cool-toned. If you have warm-toned hair, these shades may not work for you as well you hoped.

I have this in Nude Bronzed Light, one of the two new shades released by Hourglass for Summer 2017. Nude Bronzed Light is a light, matte bronze shade, perfect for fair skintones. There are no orange or red undertones to speak of, which is a great thing for light skintones as well.
Pros:
- Great bronzer for fair skintones, which can often struggle with bronzers that are too dark or too orange. This is just right.
- Easily blends into the skin for a seamless, natural-looking bronze.
- Swirled design makes for an even balance of tones.
Cons:
- This is a very expensive bronzer at $63 CAD. There are many less expensive bronzers out there that are just as good, but if you're fair-skinned like me, a lot of them are too dark or too orange.
Overall, this is a wonderful (and pricey) bronzer.

I have this blush in Romantic Rose, which is a cool-toned, muted rosy mauve. The name is very appropriate! This powder is pretty loosely pressed, which means that you pick up quite a bit on your brush. The blush is pretty pigmented, so keep that in mind (although Romantic Rose layers well, given its muted hue).
Pros:
- The pigment packs a punch here. A little goes a long way.
- Romantic Rose is the perfect everyday natural shade, and it's neutral enough that it can go with a variety of makeup looks.
- Great value at around $6.50 CAD.
- The packaging on this is absolutely beautiful, with the blush itself being carved into a rose shape. Especially for the price, it really doesn't get better than this.
Cons:
- This does have a bit of an unpleasant, chemical scent to it. It fades pretty much immediately after application, but if you are particularly sensitive to smells in your cosmetics, you may find this to be off-putting.
Overall, this is an excellent buy and I can't recommend it enough!

Blackberry Sorbet is a rich berry with cool undertones and a satin finish (unlike many liquid lipsticks, it does not dry down completely matte). The name of this product---"Cream Lip Stain---is a bit of a misnomer, because this is not a traditional stain; it's a straight-up lipstick with full coverage.
Pros:
- Full coverage lipstick in a gorgeous colour.
- Vibrant.
- Because it doesn't dry down completely matte, it isn't drying like other liquid lipsticks.
- Creamy texture.
- The price is right, at $18 CAD, compared with similar liquid lipsticks from other brands at Sephora.
Cons:
- Not transfer-proof. Because it doesn't dry down completely, transfer is still possible.
Overall, this is an excellent buy!
