When I first started using this I thought this was amazing! The bottle/dispenser system is AMAZING! A Canadian and cruelty free brand? Sign me up!!! But it is quite drying and if you wear lipstick and use this to remove it it tastes AWFUL, just very very bitter. I'm not licking my lips post lipstick removal or anything, it just seeps onto your tastebuds!! Maybe oily skin would like this if you find a way to not taste it! -

Made my hair both oily and dry/straw-like at the same time. This (in combo with the shampoo) made my roots feel gunky and my ends feel like straw. Would not recommend.

BROKE ME OUT and barely covers anything??? I have sensitive and dry skin, but this stuff is actually surprisingly moisturizing. I used it for like three days before it caused acne in places i have never had pimples before. V unfortunate. 0/10.

This is my signature scent! I get complimented on it ALL THE TIME! I hope they didn't change the formula as it's getting lots of recent bad reviews on here! To me it smells like vanilla, sandalwood, and blackberries(?) when I smell it from the bottle. It smells mysterious, if you can describe a scent like that, and dark. I would describe it as a women's perfume inspired by men's cologne? It's too sweet for it to be cologne and has no spiciness at all, but that's the only way I can put it. I find that it lasts longer than I think. For example I can't smell it after the first thirty minutes to an hour of putting it on myself, but I get complemented 8 hours later that I smell nice! It wears really nicely and keeps the base of vanilla really well. I think that those who are giving it bad reviews are maybe more floral wearers? Or expecting it to compliment Nirvana White? I smelled Nirvana White in Sephora and absolutely hated it! I think it depends on if you're a vanilla warm type perfume wearer or a floral type of gal! I do hope that you give it a sniff if it's available to you! I'm always getting asked what I wear because it wears so nicely and is dimensional (and mysterious/dark smelling?)! -

REPLACED MY BEAUTY BLENDER!!! Seriously!!! Absorbs WAY LESS product than my beautblender! Blends stuff out like a dream! Bought a two pack for less than the price of one beautyblender and it's definitely worth it! Please try it out! Most places you're able to return if you don't like it, but you probably will!!! I forgot to mention that it really helps to smooth things over the pores rather than push things into them!! Personally I seem to wet the sponge a bit differently than others... I know some just put it under the tap and hold it, but what I do is I squish it while water is running on top of it until it gets heavy and full of water, then I squeeze out all I can into the sink and then squeeze it again into a towel a couple times. I think this may help with how it works for me! -

THIS IS THE WORST MOISTURIZER EVER! It broke me out so bad and has given me super red blotchy cheeks along with a clutter of bumps that are super itchy! It is so irritating! I have super sensitive and dry skin and it said it was suitable for sensitive skin so I figured I would try it but that was the biggest mistake ever! I have been left with itchy, irritated, and red skin. The reaction is on going- I only had the moisturizer on for maybe 5 hours of the day and 4 days later there is still stinging, itchiness, and major redness. I bunch of pimples have also popped up in places I don't usually get them.
Please do yourself a favour and don't buy this!

I have this duo in Olympia and love it! I have super sensitive, dry, fair skin and this product has caused no irritation or anything for the almost 2 years that I have been using it! I don't really use the lighter highlight shade, but the contour shade is super great for an everyday natural look! I will say though, that the packaging is not the best. On mine one of the hinges broke off and the packaging attracts everything and will look super dirty super quickly- but that is the same with every Nars product! I would say that you should definitely pick put this product if you are thinking about it! -
