A lot of products that add moisture are heavy and leave me with greasy looking hair after day 1 but this hydrate and recharge leaves my hair looking fresh for far longer than any other product and no sign of dry ends! The shampoo smells nice and clean without being overpowering, the product size and shape looks great in the bathroom too. -

My hair had a shine and smoothness to it that I normally only get at the salon, this product works, there was no sign of dryness after just one use! I have now added this treatment into my routine and use it at least once a week.

My hair isn't particularly dry except on the ends, my ends even after a hair cut look brittle and I end up wearing my hair up a lot because of this. The hydrate conditioner paired with the shampoo has given my hair the extra moisture it needed so badly. I will be buying again, plus I really like the colour and style of the bottle, you get the right amount of product out at a time. -

A warning to all users, if you haven't used any of the John Frieda dark hair shampoos before you won't realise this product has colouring in and will get everywhere so use carefully and ensure you thoroughly cleanse the skin/hands afterwards, you'll know when you haven't rinsed the product enough. It is worth it though, after a few washes I did notice a difference but do not expect miracles! -

My hair felt super smooth afterwards however the product isn't meant for easing frizz like the rest of the range, it did do this, but I don't some how think it defies grey, not on its own anyway. My greys after 4 days (every day use) did seem to be a bit more blended but my greys are tough! I'll continue use and see how it goes, it is a great product for in between colouring. -

The blow dry foam is not a product type I have ever used, even ones without the colouring in, but I just didn't like the way my hair felt to touch, the look was great for the first day but I did feel the need to wash it again daily. -

Ok, so the title of this review is what it says on the bottle, and I have to say, that it is true. Firstly the application, nice an easy, comes out of the tube just fine so you don't waste too much product. It didn't lather on my face, I am not sure why I thought it might, perhaps because of other charcoal masks. As it dried I got an instant cooling feeling and this was really nice given how warm it is outside, perhaps not ideal in winter though. My skin started to stiffen before 5 minutes was up, I waited and then washed it of. As I looked in the mirror I noticed the product didn't have much colour to it, unlike the picture on the tube, not an issue, but I could barely tell I was wearing a mask other than the tight feeling. The mask was washed off ok, ideally with a cloth but I didn't have one. My skin feels matte, I am not so sure about fresh but clean certainly. I need to moisturise right away because the tightness is quite unpleasant. -

I have tried almost every product out there to try and tame my baby hairs around the front of my head and my parting and it always ends up flat, heavy and greasy. This product is a god send, I didn't need to use any hair spray, I used it on wet hair so it dried nice into my hair and you couldn't tell I was wearing product, I've been telling everything out it ever since. Its not a change other people would notice, but I was very conscious of the little hairs before and its made me feel much better. -
