I tried the TheraBreath Fresh Breath Oral Rinse in Icy Mint, and it really delivers! It keeps my breath fresh for hours without the harsh burn of alcohol-based mouthwashes. The minty taste is refreshing but not overpowering, and I love that it’s dentist-formulated and clinically proven to work for up to 12 hours. It doesn’t leave my mouth feeling dry like other brands, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my confidence throughout the day. Definitely a staple in my oral care routine! -

I recently tried out LISTERINE® TOTAL CARE ZERO, and I'm pretty thrilled with it! I don't consume alcohol, so I was really happy to find an option that doesn't have any in it, even though I do use mouthwash that contains alcohol sometimes.
LISTERINE® TOTAL CARE ZERO has all the great benefits of the original LISTERINE TOTAL CARE®, but without that intense burn, which is a huge plus for me. It’s alcohol-free and has a milder taste, which makes it way easier to use every day without feeling like I’m burning my mouth off.
I’ve noticed my mouth feels cleaner overall, and it’s nice knowing it’s validated by the Canadian Dental Association. This stuff kills bad breath germs, helps prevent and reduce plaque, and keeps cavities at bay. Plus, it keeps that bad breath bacteria away for up to 12 hours, which is awesome!
Another thing I love is that it strengthens tooth enamel and helps fight tartar, and it even keeps my teeth looking white. It’s like an all-in-one mouthwash that fits perfectly into my routine. If you’re looking for a less intense, alcohol-free mouthwash that still packs a punch in terms of benefits, I definitely recommend giving LISTERINE® TOTAL CARE ZERO a try!

I recently tried out the Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum Eye, and since I got it for free, I thought I'd share my honest experience with you all.
First off, this serum is designed for the whole eye area, which is pretty cool. It's got this fancy new tripeptide, SNK-peptide, that's supposed to help with fine lines and wrinkles. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I can honestly say I see a difference. The fine lines around my eyes are starting to smooth out a bit, and my eyes look more refreshed overall.
The application process is a bit of a ritual, but I actually find it kind of relaxing. You press and lift the skin under your eyes and then do the same on your upper lids. I also do this smoothing and sculpting thing from under my eyes to my crow's feet and above my brow. It feels like a mini massage every time, and it’s a nice way to start and end the day.
One thing to note is that a little goes a long way, so you don’t need to use much product. The texture is silky, and it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy or heavy. Plus, it layers well under makeup, which is a huge plus for me.
Overall, I'd say the Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum Eye is worth trying if you're looking to invest in a high-performance eye serum. It's definitely made a noticeable difference for me, and the whole application process is a nice little moment of self-care.

I also appreciate that Aveeno Calm + Restore® Daily Gel Moisturizer helps strengthen the skin's natural moisture barrier. This is crucial for those of us with sensitive skin, as a compromised moisture barrier can lead to irritation and discomfort. Overall, I like this product. I think what you need to remember is that this product it almost more like a foundation than a moisturizer. I was expecting it to feel smooth on my skin. It almost left a film. That is the colour correcting I assume and it actually matched my skin tone very well. It gave me almost a glowy look, which I loved. I have sensitive skin and it did not cause any kind of flareup which was also nice. Full disclosure, I got to try this for free. That being said, I would probably buy it again since I hate wering foundation in the summer. -

TYLENOL® Ultra Relief is head and shoulders above other pain relievers. I love that they're easy-to-swallow and they have become my go-to remedy for restoring my day to normal. Within a short time of taking TYLENOL® Ultra Relief, I can feel the throbbing pain in my head beginning to subside.
