I received Dove Men+Care Derma+Care Scalp Dandruff Defense 2-in-1 in exchange for my honest opinion on the product.
I normally just use shampoo so I appreciate that this is a 2 in 1. I have not had any dandruff since using this Dove product and my scalp is no longer itchy. It has a nice manly scent to it without being overpowering and left my hair feeling soft. The price point is great.

I enjoyed these Plant Protein bars.
They are crunchy and have a nice texture to them. They are not overly sweet and no chalky taste. Chocolate and cashews are definitely a great treat pre or post workout. I like to pair it with my post workout smoothie. Left me feeling fuller than other Protein Bars.
It is an added bonus that these Plant Protein bars have no artificial flavours, colours, or sweeteners. There is 10 grams of plant-based protein in each bar. The bars are also vegan certified and non-GMO Project Verified.

We recently tried Mott's Fruitsations + Fibre Tropical and our toddler loves it. He is generally super picky and that makes mealtime stressful not knowing whether he will eat or consume enough nutrition.
We've been adding granola and hemp hearts to his Fruitsations to sneak in some added nutrition and he eats it everytime!
With only 2 grams of fibre, no added sugar, no artificial flavours or colour and contains no gluten. I can feel confident taking it with us on playdates because there is no peanuts.
We also received 2 gold spoons that are perfect for a little jamming session after breakfast
I've only managed to have one myself and it was a little tangy for my liking. I prefer Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre raspberry.
I love that Mott’s Fruitsations will be donating up to 500,000 cups to children thru the Breakfast Club of Canada. No child in Canada should go hungry!

Our family recently tried Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Raspberry and much to my surprise my toddler loved it. He is super picky and refuses to eat a lot of different foods.
So we decided to try adding granola and hemp hearts to his morning Fruitsations and he eats it everytime! Giving us piece of mind that I can sneak in added nutrition and he will gobble it up! With only 2 grams of fibre, no added sugar, no artificial flavours or colour and contains no gluten. I can send it with him to daycare because there is no peanuts.
I've only managed to have one myself and it was a nice treat in my lunch ( That was the only way I eat one without him trying to steal it)

I had a dry cough and a headache last week so I brewed a cup of this, it tastes nice and is not overwhelming. After drinking this for a couple of nights I had found my cough gone! I would recommend this to anyone who has these symptoms and enjoys a cup of tea.
