And the biggie! The Aveeno spin has always bothered me. Natural and healthy, really?! Simply adding colloidal oatmeal to chemicals does not cut it. You can mix bran with bleach, but please don't ask me to eat it (or rub it on my skin for that matter). If you are looking avoid chemicals such as dimethicone, distearyldimonium chloride and isopropyl palmitate, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Another plus is convenience, one serving = five to ten cups of salad. Good bang for your buck.
You will have to get past appearances, it looks like a thick, murky green lake water cocktail. It tastes fine, predominately apple juicy (which is what I mix mine with). Apparently you can also use chocolate almond milk, this may disguise the powdery texture.
All in all, I give this product two thumbs up! Thanks for reading my opinion, Erika
