I hummed and hawed about pulling the trigger on the barkbox but decided to do it for my yellow labs first birthday. He has a sensitive stomach so I was happy to see they have a poultry, beef, soy, grain free option. I decided to pay for them all upfront to get a small discount. My dog loves all of the toys. The best is if your dog doesn’t like something you can tell them and they’ll send you a replacement toy or treat. No questions asked. Their customer service is amazing. My dog is also part of their destroyers club where they actually earn points for destroying toys which then can go towards buying new toys. You and your pup won’t be disappointed. The variety and creativity of the toys is great and overall it’s a better value than local pet stores in my opinion. -

Based on how much I love all of the ordinary serums I really wanted to love the foundation. But my skin is just too dry to work with the formula. I loved the feeling of it on my skin. Spread very nicely. Loved the dropper format and the price is unbeatable. I also enjoyed how some colours of like silver or gold highlights in them. But alas this just wasn’t for me. -

A lot of reviews on here don’t recommend the product because it doesn’t help with clogging of pores and breakouts - but It’s not supposed to. It’s an exfoliation toner with alpha hydroxy to help you shed dry skin. I get a super dry T zone in winter and I find like foundation just caked on and flakes on it. This toner used twice a day with a quick swipe took off all the dead skin so my skin looked healthy overall. I love that Pixi is another brand that doesn’t test on animals or sell in a china. For a drugstore brand I find $30 (shoppers drug mart price) a bit expensive. But overall this product really works. -

This matte lip ink converted me from your typical glosses to a matte stain wearer. It was recommended by a coworker to me and I begrudgingly tried hers and fell and love. It’s NOT AT ALL drying like your typical matte lip products. I found it very normal. It actually does stay on all day. I once showered and it was still on after. Make sure to invest in makeup removing wipes to help get it off. Comes in a bunch of great colours! Depending on where you go the price varies... drugstore lipstick for $15 always kinda irritates me but this is worth it based on its longwear qualities. I have seductress and loyalty and love them both for just subtle pinkey nude colours for work. -

I have really dry skin, especially in winter. A girl at Sephora suggest I try this Ren Evercalm cream and I absolutely love it. I use the clay cleanser of the same line which is also great - reminds me of the smell of a spa. This cream doesn’t make me oily and it’s also great they don’t test on animals or sell in China which is important to me. My skin is also fairly sensitive and it doesn’t bother me or make me break out. The only qualm I have is that it comes in a fairly small bottle and for the price I wish the quantity was a bit more substantial. I have yet to find another cream I like so I continue to purchase. Sometimes the REN website has sales or I just buy from Sephora to continue collecting VIB points or buy it during their two sales a year. -
