This is one of my favourite products to use. I bought it more than a year ago and I still have more than half the pencil left. I use it for highlighting my brow bone, my tear ducts and sometimes my cupids bow on my lips. It's a stick pencil that can be sharpened. I'm pretty sure I bought it at Shoppers Drug Mart. At $20.00 it's a little pricey but trust me, it's worth it. A little of this product goes a long way. -

I received two Febreze noticeable cartridges from the Chick Advisor product review club two weeks ago. Both cartridges came with the dual refill scents, Lavender Comfort & Gentle Vanilla and Morning Walk & Cleansing Rain. All of the Frebreze Noticeables have alternating scents that compliment each other. I particularly like this idea because its like having four scents instead of two. It keeps things fresh and interesting, I thought. I immediately plugged both in, one in my living room/dining room and one in my bedroom. I noticed a difference in mere minutes.
The cartridge itself is great. All you have to do is pop the refill scent in and plug it in. There is a high and low function, depending on how big the room is and how much scent you want distributed. I found the high/low function very useful. Even though I had both Febreze Noticeables on low, the scent is still apparent without being abrasive. There is also a soft light on the top of the plug in which switches sides depending on what scent is being released.
As for the scents themselves, I wasn't a big fan of the Lavender Comfort scent. Sometimes, depending on how strong, lavender can be a bit aggressive. If you're a fan of lavender, you'll love it, I however, didn't love it. The Gentle Vanilla scent is lovely. When it was being dispersed it filled my living room with such a yummy aroma. I found both the Morning Walk and the Cleansing Rain refreshing. It kept my room smelling clean and fresh.
The scents are supposed to last 30 days on the low setting and although I haven't had it for a full 30 days, I'm sure they will. Both cartridges are still emanating the scents and I haven't noticed any decrease in the scent. Having an air freshener last for 30 days is wonderful.

As for the price, a Febreze Noticeables starter kit has the suggested retail price of $8.00. The refill kits have a suggested retail price of $4.99. Not bad at all.
I look forward to buying more of these refills as soon as the ones I have now are finished.

This has to be, hands down, one of the two of my favorite face cleansers/face washes. My mom has always used it, and after I was done my bottle of Cetaphil, I needed something to use. First off, I love that this soap comes in a bar form. I've gotten used to the pump bottles but I think soap in a bar form is just as good. It has a mild soapy smell, and produces a good amount of lather. The soap leaves your face feeling fresh and clean. Love it! -

I very rarely use lipstick, for some reason I always think that I look better with a dramatic eye and a neutral lip but something about those Color Sensational Maybelline commercials had me wanting a lipstick, badly. I went to Shoppers Drug Mart looking for them only to find they were $12. Ok, not bad, but a little more than I wanted to pay. Whether it was impulse or something different, I ended up walking out with a barely there pink shade, Born With It. Since I bought it about a week ago, I've already used it 3 times. It goes on smooth with a pearly finish. It stays on well and doesn't need any lip balm or lip gloss under or over it, like with a lot of other lipsticks. It's a bit expensive, but I'm planning on buying a couple other ones. -

I bought this eye shadow on a United States shopping trip at Target. It was on sale so I figured I might as well pick it up. The colour in the packaging looks so vibrant at the name 'Enchantment' had me interested. When I got home and took all the packaging off I was very disappointed. I wish there was a 'tester' at the store because if I had known how the eye shadow looked when I applied it, I would not have spent the $2.30 on it. The colour is vibrant, yes, but it fails to show on the skin. Perhaps it would have worked a bit better with a primer but I really had to pile it on for it to show any kind of pigment and to even the colour out. I wouldn't buy this again, but I am curious to see how it would hold up with a good primer. -

This nail polish is very user friendly. The brush is fatter which allows you to get good coverage and you often only need one coat. The only downside of this nail polish is the lack lustre appearance of it after it dries (which is does, extremely fast!!). A good coat of top coat fixes that easily though. Will purchase again. -

After searching through the aisles at Shoppers Drug Mart, searching for a new face mositurizer I decided upon the Biore Dual Fusion Moisturizer SPF 30. I've tried Biore products and have been pleasantly surprised so when I saw this one, I thought why not. It was a little pricey at $30 dollars but ones face is not something to mess around with. I also liked the fact that it has a spf of 30. I'm fair and freckle very easily so sun protection is extremely important. Don't let the small bottle fool you either. Even though it's only 50ML, all you'll need is one pump. Half the bottle is full of a white substance, the other half with a green substance. One moisturizer, one SPF. It goes on incredibly matte as well. I have combination skin so a moisturizer that doesn't go on oily is important. The SPF is perfect. Can't say enough good things about this moisturizer. -

I was browsing through Walmart and I noticed this mousse was on sale. I usually use Got2b Sexy Voluptous Volume Mousse but I was looking for a change so I picked this one up. I've never tried a Schwarzkopf product that I haven't liked and this mousse was no different. It leaves my hair with a good amount of volume, it smells lovely and the consistency is smooth without being sticky. The price is right and I'll definitely be using this in the future. I bought this lip balm on sheer impulse. You know those items they throw at the cash checkouts? Yup, I'm a sucker so I picked it up. I've tried other Burt's Bees products and were pleased with them so I was sure I would be pleased with this product, and I was! I love this lip balm. The honey element in the lip balm is very prominent. The smell is intoxicating and it's sweet too. I'm not one for 'greasy,glossy' looking lip products, I'm more of a matte girl. This lip balm is moisturizing without feeling sticky or greasy. You don't need to apply a lot to get the desired amount of moisture which is great because it will last a long time. I love the organic feel of this lip balm and I would absolutely recommend it and purchase it again. The only, slight, downside is the price. While it's pricer than other brands, it's definitely worth it. A must have. -
