It’s extremely difficult for me to make my kids eat healthy or even taking multivitamins, so this was an amazing product because I would just squeeze a bit in their drinks and they wouldn’t even taste it! I’m not sure how effective it is, but I definitely recommend for picky kids! So far no complaints, highly recommend! I just got this in my mail and I had to try it out! I love how it’s gentle for my sensitive and dry skin so I don’t wash my natural oils off. It feels nicely clean after washing. It’s great for removing makeup as well!
