I used the 3 step system as a teenager and loved it because the toner fought acne and the moisturizer was rich enough for young skin. But as I got older, I found this became less effective. There are no anti-aging components in the cream, and the toner is mostly alcohol which started to dry out my older skin. The soap is also a little harsh and left residue. -
Sensodyne Pronamel Gentle Whitening Toothpaste
Sensodyne is pricey but if you have sensitive teeth, it's worth it. After a month, I noticed my enamel was harder and I no longer felt pain when eating really hot or cold foods. My teeth feel better and stronger. It works!

Listerine Antiseptic Mouthwash
I use this mouthwash every day. It's still the most effective oral antiseptic and the newer formulas have teeth listening properties too. It's great for fighting tartar and keeping breath fresh. A keeper!

A little expensive but this body wash is very rich and moisturizes well. The scent is a little strong though but generic.

Always Infinity Pads
Pricier than the average pad but definitely worth it. These pads are more absorbent and never leak. You end up using less of them because they are so sturdy.
