I also agree this is a great shampoo, I have psoriasis on my scalp and head and shoulders seems to somewhat tone down the itchiness and scalp issues that come with it(on a side note, the Neutrogena T-Gel is overkill on your hair so don't use it). I used up my bottle of the dry scalp one but I would recommend that it be used sparingly. Overuse can make your scalp a little greasy, because of this I bought the Head and Shoulders Refresh shampoo where it has a bit of menthol tick to it. Over the Head and Shoulders line is great, it smoothes out your hair more than other shampoos and treats your scalp~ recommended! -

Tonight my hubby and I decided to go for our celebratory dinner. We were celebrating that it's been a month since we've gotten married, sold our condo at the same time, moved out by ourselves and moved in by ourselves, signed off all the papers etc. This has been a well deserved dinner and so picking where I wanted to eat was a big deal.
I was done eating white food since coming back from Mexico and I really wanted to get the bad taste left in my mouth since eating "sushi" in Mexico. The thoughts of tasteless lukewarm seabass sashimi left a very.. very sour taste in my month. Since coming back, I've been dreaming of izakaya and fresh Vancouver seafood. Tonight was the night..
We ate our hearts out(especially my little heart).. We asked the waitress, which was so kind to us, how many dishes usually a couple ate, she said it averages around 5-6 dishes...
My hubby and I polished off 10 izakaya dishes, he had the sapporo and I had the asahi and took home the stewed pork belly "kakuni" and half of the japanese style calamari. Towards the end we were feeling quite full so I didn't order the almond tofu. damn! The waitress who took care of our bill was quite amazed and asked us for our opinion on the food.. at this point we were the only party other than a big group of japanese students left in the restaurant. I told her everything was delish! The service was great and the waitresses were terrrrific!!! Our bill came out to a mear $150 which was much less than expected~
I love izakaya and tried all the Guu's, Gyoza King, Nann Chu and now Kingyo.. Kingyo was definitely upper crust than Guu but in the end, I think I would go back to our old standby.. the Guu in gastown.

Love this body butter, it was my saving grace since being burned to a crisp in mexico. Its greasy when you put it on but eventually absorbs to a nice moist effect. It smells like you're on vacation and you get a huge tub so you can slather it on to your heart's content. (sometimes i just open the tub to get a wiff of my vacation... *sigh*) YUM! -

During my yearly shopaholic rage at the MAC store, I decided to just buy everything in the store(ok not literally but I had my splurge). Included in my shopping rage, I picked up their new lipglass line DazzleGlass. I picked up the most outrageous color because .. we should never be afraid of color! This is the most sparkliest gloss I have ever owned. Its the same formula as your MAC lipglass but it has these tiny sparkles that makes your lips shine like crazy. I dont wear it everyday but on those days where I want to feel luxe, I swipe it on and i feel fab~
Warning! The little crystals tend to get themselves all over your face if you're not careful~

I checked out this peppermint foot spray and people, it does not work. Sure it keeps your feel smelling fresh but it doesn't cool. It smells like peppermint but doesn't have any menthol cooling action. Its mostly made out of alcohol which is fine because alcohol somewhat helps with cooling down your feet but days later you're stuck with dry peeling skin on your feet because of the alcohol.
I don't recommend this product but hey it takes away the stink from your feet.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! I'm a total haircare product sucka and I love this product to bits. Bought it at Ulta down in the states and boy I wished I picked up the bigger sized bottle. I have super wavey hair and this totally controls my waves. I can put it on when I have towel dried hair or dry hair and the cream contains really fine grains of sparkle so your hair is extra shiny. Its like a de-frizzer/leave in hair conditioner in one. My recommendation is only using a tiny bit at one time and wash your hands afterwards cause that cream just says on your hands all day. I also reviewed it on my blog so thats how much I love it ! -

I sooo did not like any of the John Frieda line. I have to agree, the conditioner totally makes your hair greasy and the shampoo is your average shampoo that nobody needs to pay extra for "added color". There is no added color, there's no color deposit. Its a total gimmick and if anybody gets sold into buying any of these brilliant products they are naive. I'm a haircare sucker so I got suckered into their color glaze which just added more product to your hair and made it unmanagable. Not recommended at all. -

Been using this shiseido lucent moisturizer for 2 years now and it's been doing a good job. I have super dry skin so my daily regimen is cetaphil to cleanse my skin, and shiseido as my toner and this as my moisturizer. The price is a breaking point because where I live, it cost me $85 at The Bay department store in Vancouver BC. I'll definitely be picking this up at duty-free instead. Nevertheless its a good moisturizer, it has SPF and keeps me moisturized all day. I also purchased the Aveeno SPF calming moisturizer and in comparison the shiseido comes out on top in the moisturizing category but paying $60 more may be a issue with some shoppers. -

I have super dry skin and I needed a cleanser that left my face squeeky clean without leaving it super dry. My doctor suggested I try Cetaphil or Spectro-gel. I've been using Cetaphil and Spectro-gel for a few years now and I love it. It never dries out my skin and it feels clean afterwards. I've had my oily skin friends try it out and they hated it.. so I would only suggest this cleanser for any dry skin friends out there. I found Spectro-gel did the same job, they both don't smell that great but they do the job. -

This has been the greatest mascara product I have ever used! I was surprised that Loreal would develope a tube mascara that was all the rage in asia last year. I have tiny lashes and usually when I use any kind of mascara my short lashes just tend to clump up. By using the primer and then the mascara, you can sort of sculpt your lashes using the primer to lift and seperate and then coat them with the mascara. This mascara never flakes, never bleeds, its perfect! Please not spend your money on being the Fiber Wig mascara and just get this Loreal Double Extend mascara!!! -
