The promist mop is fabulous when it works. The fabric pad comes off so that you can wash and reuse it. Although after about using this mop 10 times the sprayer has become jammed and clogged and is now basically useless. Talk about a waste of about... +

They're also difficult to reach online for customer feedback. Not a happy customer.
