I like to snack however I am mindful on what I consume. These Pure Protein Popped Crisps are perfect to satisfy the savory cravings yet I am on track with my protein and carb intake. There is 12gm protein per 1.27oz pack ,Non GMO, never fried. I tried the verity pack Sweet Chili, Hickory Barbecue and Sour Cream & Onion. I just these are well balanced in seasoning and flavors, no way too salty or heavy flavoring, just right amount of everything. However some of you might want more flavor but for me it is perfect as I do not like overly salty chips which are very common in every brand's chips. I am happy that there is something which is just right for me. I can carry these and snack on without guilt. My only gripe would be Vegetable oil which is one of the ingredients. there is no specified type of oil since i avoid vegetable specially Canola ,Palm, sunflower. So there is an ambiguity which is why i would be cautious how much i consume these. If you are okay with the oil, then this is a perfect snacking product.    -
