My husband is Vegan and I bake cakes here and there for him using plant-based bricks, I was totally surprised to get one in the mail. It saved me a trip tp the supermarket. Thank you! It tastes the same as an original margarine, and I believe is the same thing but healthier. I would recommend this product!    -
