I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with these. They seem to have been a huge hit with the youtube community, and when I went to get some, there weren't very many colors left. I got the last lip butter in pink truffle there was, which I thought would suit my skin tone best. Even so, I was hesitant. I'm quite pale, with cool undertones, and there was more brown to the color than I had been expecting. But it was amazing. It worked perfectly. I think the color would suit just about anyone. It has a very nice creamy finish, with a very nice shine to it. And the color pay-off is spectacular. That said, I do have my complaints. The lip butter is marketed as being moisturizing, which it really isn't, at least for me. It is winter, and I live in a dry climate, but it certainly wasn't as revolutionary as promised. But compared to a regular lipstick, it's definitely the more moisturizing option. The only other problem I had with it was the packaging. It comes in a cute lipstick tube, but the product touches the inside of the container--not the cap, but the actual lipstick tube--so that when I slide it up and done to apply it and then close it, product is scraped off. And even if the lip butters aren't very moisturizing, they do have the texture of soft butter. It makes a mess, especially if it's warm.
All in all, I like it. I wouldn't recommend taking it to the beach, but I like it. Great color pay-off, great texture, and a clear cap allows you to see the true color. Go get one before they're gone!

I'm honestly a little wishy-washy on this scrub. It works really well, my skin is a whole lot clearer than it's been in ages...but it's so harsh that I worry I'm doing some damage. This scrub uses crushed walnut shells as an exfoliant, and they're rough and grainy, which is a bit much for my sensitive skin. I've noticed that I tend to overscrub my cheeks and not enough on my chin, and I'm trying to be more careful about it. After I use this, my cheeks are stinging, and lotion doesn't help. My advice? Know the areas where you need it, and go lighter everywhere else. I like to use it in the shower for my shoulders and kneecaps as well as my face. I'm using it three times a week right now, but now that it's been integrated into my routine, I'm cutting it down to two. It's a great product, it's helped my skin, but be careful with it. And unless someone can ease my unreasonable fears, I think that the next time I buy an exfoliant I'll go with microbeads. -

Burt's Bees is amazing, and they're the first part of the product that I want to talk about. My lip balm is 100% natural, as are most of their products, if not all of them. They don't test on animals, and their products are made in the U.S. The containers that they use are made out of partially recycled goods. I really respect the values that the company holds. On to the product itself! It makes my lips feel moisturized and a lot healthier. The tinted lip balm gives a sheer, shiny color, similar to lip gloss, with less of a saran wrap effect and more of a healthy shine. I have it in the color pink blossom. I think the balm makes my lips look fuller than they are, but it doesn't have mint extract in it. When I first put it on, it tastes a bit weird, but that wears off quickly. Less than a minute later, I can't taste a thing. It isn't sticky, and while that's nice, it does wear off a bit faster because of it. Overall, I really like my tinted lip balm, and I would definitely recommend it. I know that when the time comes, I'll repurchase it myself. -

Now, I'm going to start off by saying that yes, this is a bad review. And part of that (okay, all of it) is my fault. I mean, I should have known better. I thought that this product would clear up my skin. The advertising is decent. And for a while, it worked. But then it didn't. Confused and annoyed, and curious as to why my skin was breaking out again, I turned the bottle over for the very first time. And I looked at the active ingredients. And what I had been putting on my face was Triclosan. Folks, it's an antibacterial. It's in handsoap. That was it. No salicylic acid, no medication. Just something to get rid of bacteria. And that's when I knew that I had wasted my money. I bought a new cleanser (AFTER reading the ingredients in the store, thank you very much), and now use this one as what it ought to be marketed as: a hand soap. -

My bottle is one of the miniature bath and body works sprays, and I received it as an early christmas present from a friend. I have not had any other white citrus products before, but mine smells amazing! It is tangy and sharp, and smells like lemons or limes. However, there is definitely more than a hint of sweetness. It's not to strong, or fruity. The smell fades a bit throughout the day, but not much, so it stays fresh and nice smelling for a long time. It is currently on sale for 2.50. So far the nozzle hasn't clogged, or stopped working. The small version is really easy to slip in a purse and carry around with you too! I have always used sweet pea scented perfumes before, but now this is my new favorite. It's a really nice perfume and is great for many occasions!! -

I just bought this lip gloss today, and boy, do I luh-ve it! Like everything BBW, it smells heavenly. I got mine in golden peach. (Think the sent of peach rings, then make it better and put it right beneath your nose. That's what this smells like). It's a clear gloss that looks very natural and brings out the color that is already in my lips. It isn't sticky at all. I can't comment on how long it lasts (so sorry, I'll update if I can!) because an hour after I put it on, I ate. It lasted well during that hour though! The packaging is super cute. The tube is a pale, creamsicle orange with a black cap. The perfect mix of cuteness and class. I got it on sale for three dollars, but it's usually 7.50. I would definitely try to get it on sale. I'm not sure that it's worth it otherwise. The gloss feels super moisturizing as well, definitely a plus during the winter months, though I wouldn't skip the chapstick. But what I love most about it is the values behind it. It isn't tested on animals, and it's 92% organic. What's not to love about that? -

I love, love, love this lip gloss. I won it in a contest here, so I didn't pick my color, but I got it in petunia. It looks hot pink in the tube. And what an attractive tube. I'm rambling. But I am in love.
The Basics:
Color: It looks hot pink, but I think that it magically changes color on my lips to suit my outfit. Seriously. If I'm wearing a cute, bright tee, I have an adorable bright pout to match. With neutrals, it comes out earthier, almost brown. I don't know if it reflects the colors around it or if I'm just crazy, but it works with EVERYTHING.
Long Lasting? You bet!
The sticky factor: It is quite sticky. However, if I put on chapstick first, that clears it up. I think that the texture enhances its long-lasting qualities.
Container: Ah-Mahy-zing. The container is unbelievable. It's attractive and adorable. But the coolest part is the wierd suction thing, which scrapes excess gloss off of the wand. I'll attach a picture, but i'm bad at describing the suction, so you'll just have to buy it and try it yourself. It must suck to be you, having to buy a new gloss.
Shininess: I'm not sure. It depends on how much you apply. There is no glitter, so it's basically the more you apply, the more light it reflects.
Smell: The one bad part. And this is bad. It smells like wine. I mean, literally I-would-not-pass-a-sniff-test stinks. It either wears off or I get used to it though, because I don't notice it after the first minute. Still, I don't think I would have the guts to wear this on a date.
Smell has never been that important to me though (even if I do own a whole lot of bath and body works glosses), so I would definitely buy it again. Breath mints of slapping on a nice smelling clear gloss over it ought to clear it up. The color is so worth is. And at six bucks? I am on board! Enjoy.

I LOVE this conditioner. I have curly hair ranging from 2b to a 3c depending on the day and the section of my head that you're looking at. I bought the conditioner because it's silicone free and came in a big bottle. If you don't have curly hair, you don't know how much conditioner I use, and if you do, once observing me you might think that I don't use enough. Suffice to say that I closely examine the ounce per dollar ratio, and only bought this on sale. It isn't pricey, but I don't like to take a risk buying beauty products that I might not use. However, now that I have been using it, I think that I would buy it again at full price. I love it. My curls are shiny and bouncy and soft. My hair care routine is as easy as it's ever been. I literally wake up, take it out of my plop if I haven't rolled out of it already in my sleep and...I'm done. No hairspray, no gel. Nothing. It's great, and I owe a whole lot of that to this conditioner. The only downfall is that my hair is fairly porous, so it loses this light moisture pretty quickly. If you have curly hair, I definitely recommend this for you. I can't speak for the straighties out there, but hey, it might be worth trying! It smells amazing, very light and springtime. And it isn't tested on animals! The oversized bottle is a little bit scary if you're unsure that it will work for you, but you can't judge a product until you use it for a few weeks anyway, so my advice is to go coupon clipping. Best of Luck! --S -

Most people I know who use this mascara consider it a life saver. I, however, find it difficult to use. Some background may be necessary. If you're looking for a mascara that's going to last forever (as in, the three-month life span of mascara) that will simultaneously elongate and thicken your lashes, this is probably perfect for you. It has a big brush with close-set bristles and a thick formula. However, this brush has been my downfall. I have naturally long and thick lashes, and this mascara clumps on me like crazy! I get little dots of mascara on the end of my lashes that are impossible to get off with an eyelash comb, and end up picking them out.
My second problem is that, by the end of the day, half of it is under my eyes, and I have to rub really hard to get it off. I can go days without wearing mascara and still find marks under my eyes after I wake up or wash my face from this mascara.
I know that it works really well for a lot of people, including my mom, who hasn't used a different mascara for years, but it is not for me. If you find it on sale, it might be worth trying. I know that some of these problems are only particular to me. But for full price? Fugheddaboutit!

This nail polish isn't high quality nail polish. It takes forever to dry, and chips easily. You'll definitely need two coats and a good top coat. I own it in the color "Let's talk." It's a fun, rich purple. Very shiny. It isn't too dark or too bright. I love to wear it with a black tank or tee. It isn't too out there to wear during the day time as long as you accessorize properly. It's great for autumn and fun social events. I wouldn't wear this nail polish to work though. Overall, it's a fun polish for a cheap price, and not a serious investment into a particular look or brand. More of a weekend alter-ego. ;) I think it looks especially good on brunettes or people with an olive skin tone.
Note: The picture isn't true to color AT ALL. In person, this polish is a deep purple with red-toned sparkles in it. It is gorgeous.
