This product was good on the smokey pastels from L'Oreal. I made a mistake and put the product to soon, so I had very little product and it came out right away. The second time I used this was to make my hair lighter from the previous dye, it was not so bad and I did it a third time and I didn't like it as much. This product is a hit and miss in my opinion. Dark colors are hard to remove and it does not work on direct dyes. So I say it's an average product. -

Although you will hear a lot of complaints on this product. The steps you need to do is if you want your hair to be the color on the box or near the color. You have to have blonde hair and I mean platinum hair and two if you newly bleach your hair it won't work, you have to wait two weeks to apply, and three for it to last longer if you wash your hair with sulfate shampoos and wash your hair in cold water, do not use high heat or no heat at all and it should be fine. To remove your hair color, just use color oops it will work I used it and it came out right away. It's an awesome brand and loved the blue and lavender colors. -

The first time I used this, it worked pretty well but afterwards it did not. If you have light brown hair and down to a blonde including natural red hair then this product should work for you. I am a natural auburn hair woman and I had to use two boxes and I also used a toner to tone out the yellow. I would say the product isn't so bad. Not so sure if I would continue to use it. -

I received a free sample from my local city, they were handing two free samples and two free 2 dollar coupons. I was happy about it because I heard a lot about this product and I wanted to try this out. I used the samples and I am pretty happy about it, the product works really well on my skin and I feel like I did not put any sort of lotion on. So I will be purchasing the full sized product and the lotion it's self is a big bottle and is not expensive, which is a plus. -

It works so well with light colors. If you are unsure and want to dye a fabric piece or clothing or something else than you message the company they will help you and answer your questions, I did this and followed the instructions and worked quite well for myself. -

A good quality top coat that isn't to pricey. I really like how it dries pretty quick and feels like you had your nails dried for a day already. Lasts long enough. Over all a good product.

Over all a good product. I did not however use this with the shampoo and conditioner. -
