First of all, the rich chocolate taste gets creamy and intense if mixed with milk; almost like it has a buttery after taste. Yum! The shake becomes nice and thick once stirred properly which really makes it taste like a shake. As for longevity and effectiveness, it curved my appetite unexpectedly for about 5 hours! Wow! Not to mention the nice energy boost that kicked in about 30 mins after drinking; I felt like a champ. I will definitely take advantage of the $4 coupon that accompanied the sample and convince others to try as well great job! -

Truly, a little goes a long way. I have glued wood to solid concrete and it remains after years! I am very impressed. The only curiosity is you need a little bit of water to activate the glue as it cures. Also, it expands as it sets so it would be wise not to place close to edges so as to allow room for expansion without coming out. I can’t say exactly how many people I’ve recommended this to but it is quite a lot. -
