With Spring in full swing and Summer just around the corner, we can start talking about aquatic, summery fragrances that are as refreshing as a daydream, some can transport your senses to a different place altogether, and Dylan Blue by Versace is one of those that does just that.
Dylan Blue Pour Femme is made up of many floral-fruity and woody notes, and it is their clever composition that represent the epithets of sensuality, strength, elegance and beautiful uniqueness.
Dylan Blue is a tribute to ultimate femininity for Donatella Versace. Black currant sorbet, Granny Smith Apple, clover, Forget-me-not and Shisolia are the opening top notes, while Eglantine rose, Petalia, Rosyfolia, jasmine and an iced infusion of peach contribute greatly to Dylan Blue’s floral-fruity amazingness at the heart. All of these summery notes sit on a grounded, earthy base of patchouli, styrax, white woods and musk.
Dylan Blue’s bottle is the most elegant expression of innovative design. The smooth curves of the bottle evoke an amphora, seen in Greek mythology, with the deep blue colouring of the bottle and packaging as mysterious as the Mediterranean Sea. Gold detailing and Versace’s iconic Medusa acts as an embellishment of precious content.
The main protagonist of the advertising campaigns, is a model called Faretta. The advertising was designed by Bruce Web, and they include print and video commercials.
Dylan Blue comes in 30, 50 and 100ml bottles and is Eau de Parfum. This deep blue bottle of mystery was launched in 2017, so is still fairly new to the fragrance market.
